What's the Process?

We want to get to know you and your pageant. How many contestants? What is your schedule? etc... Then we look at your past program books to get a feel for what you have had in the past. We get your thoughts, ideas and vision for what you want to have happen with your future books.

2. You Choose What You Want

You will receive a quote based on what you tell us you want. Some pageants have a number of their pages that are already camera ready art. There is only a minimal fee for working those pages into the book. We also offer simple cover design or we can really blow away your advertisers with a professional cover design.

3. We Get to Work

Once we have laid out your schedule with dates for when all materials are due we begin laying out your book. We stay in communication with you at all times with the progress of your program book. Materials can be emailed to us and you can mail us items that need to be scanned. All materials are returned to you when the book is done. You will receive all final pages through email for approval. Images are saved as .jpeg and .pdf files at 600 dpi for the printer.

4. We Deliver

Working with a printer that knows pageants can save you time and money. It can also prevent you from paying for a book that doesn't end up looking good in the end. Our job is to make this the most carefree part of your pageant. When the books are done they're mailed to your doorstep. Simple! All files are kept on file for 5 years for future use.
